FlightPath® is the same assessment and advisor approach our corporate clients use for their leaders, available directly to you.
You complete the Hogan Assessment online (about 30–45 minutes). We run your results through FlightPath and map them to your current role or the role you want next, then walk through them with you in a one-hour debrief.
