Strategy for What’s Changing (part of the High Resilience Leadership series)


This 26 minute module of High Resilience Leadership is the focused on the first of 4 steps in the Managing Change Framework – the strategy for what’s changing.  In this module we focus on problem statement, defining the solution or strategy and comparing the fit between the solution and the organization’s culture and structure.  We use a real health care example to illustrate.   Doing this step well is critical to a resilient organization by creating less turmoil with how you implement strategy and change.
