Once you complete the assessment; we will send you back your findings that shows the alignment and gaps in competency, stress management and personal values. Your FlightPath® is dynamic so you can refine it over time or you can change your selected career destination and check the fit at any time. Included is a one hour meeting to debrief with a skilled member of our team.
